Class Districts and the Pyramid of Power
Pikcend, the capitol city of Everhome, is firmly rooted in order and hierarchy.
Location and vocation, besides outward dress, will denote one's class. There are four classes: Royal, Upper, Middle, and Lower. Those of a lower class must address their better as a "good" or "high" sir or lady. As a friendly courtesy, those of the same class will sometimes apply the attribute of "good" to the names of strangers. This same practice is rarely emulated among those of High class society. |
